Shara Worden sings Sarah Kirkland Snider's song

Clocking in at over seven minutes, Sarah Kirkland Snider's "The Lotus Eaters" isn't so much a music video as it is an epic undertaking. The song is taken from her latest release, Penelope, and features the vocals of Shara Worden (of My Brightest Diamond) and the chamber act Signal. Check out the magnificent and lengthy visual above.

Natasha Bedingfield says "Strip Me"

Natasha Bedingfield may be suggestively singing with the title of her song "Strip Me," but the video for it has the British artist putting on just as many clothes as she's taking off. The constant costume changing video can be viewed above, and the album of the same name will be out on December 7.

Punches are "Feeling Right"

Punches (who kicked ass when DJing this summer at Jelly's Pool Parties) also divulge into their own original works. The video above is for their song "Feeling Right." It's one of those things that you just have to check out, and fortunately, we've posted it above.

Saadi plants some "Bad Seeds"

MP3: Saadi - "Bad Seeds"

Low budget videos don't always work, and Saadi's video for "Bad Seeds" (above) ends up falling sort of flat. That doesn't mean that we can't get behind the song itself, which is actually pretty cool (and downloadable, also above). The song comes from the Syrian-born artist's recent mixtape, Summer of Saadi.

"Well Well Well..." Duffy's back

Duffy fell on the coattails of Amy Winehouse in 2008, but the "Mercy" singer had a much cleaner image on the new-soul scene. Well, she's back in 2010 with a new single, "Well Well Well" (the video is above), and with a new album, Endlessly, which is scheduled to be released by Mercury Records on December 7. We're awaiting in eager anticipation.

The Bogmen reunited (and played CMJ)

The Bogmen | Mercury Lounge | October 23, 2010

The Bogmen at Mercury Lounge, October 23, 2010, CMJ
CMJ has tried to rally its image around unknown artists in recent years, but college radio has also been about keeping legacy acts alive. This year, 90s act The Bogmen performed four times over the course of the week, and we caught them on the final night for a fantastic set at the Mercury Lounge. The band put out a new EP earlier this year and have a new full-length album in the works. It looks like you can add The Bogmen to the list of 90s bands reunited. Photos from the set are below.

The So So Glos get classy on new video

The video for "Fred Astaire" from The So So Glos really honors the name of the man that the song is named after. There's a certain amount of class mixed in with the otherwise rumpled indie rock performance, and it ends up looking very polished in the long run. Check it out above.

11/05 - Purchase, NY - SUNY Purchase
11/08 - Stony Brook, NY - Stony Brook University
11/12 - Hanover, NH - Fuel Rocket Club
