This performance is the kind of thing that legends are made of. DMC was a great enough surprise guest, but then he brought out Andrew W.K. and Snakes Say Hisss and things got interesting. However, when Andrew and DMC brought out their "secret weapon," that's when things took an even more amazing turn. Tim Harrington (of Les Savy Fav fame) came out to perform "Walk This Way" with the other acts already on stage. Harrington's appearance book-ended the five years of Jelly Pool Parties perfectly (Les Savy Fav headlined the first show at McCarren Park Pool back in 2006).
