Phenomenal Handclap Band to tour Europe and Australia (but also will play NYC!)

The Phenomenal Handclap Band are touring pretty relentlessly these days. Their latest bunch of tour dates will keep them busy into the new year. First, they'll be hitting up Europe (with several dates with Franz Ferdinand), and in 2010 they'll be heading down under to Australia. However, in between they will be right here in New York City with a show at Bowery Ballroom on December 11 (and one in DC the next night at Rock and Roll Hotel).
