WizardryRecommended Show:
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 31, 2009
WIZARDRY

@ UNION POOL
484 Union Ave
Brooklyn, NY 11211
FREE, 9PM

There are a whole bunch of parties tonight where the location is secret (thanks, VICE), but there are some shows that are just plain weird. For instance, Deer Tick will be performing as The Sex Pistols at Brooklyn Bowl. But there's one band for whom dressing up is an everyday occurrence. Halloween is simply another day for the band Wizardry, and that may just be the reason I recommend seeing them on a night like tonight. Also on the bill are Growler and Pink Noise. Plus, according to Union Pool's website, the show is free.
