Bernard Sumner of New Order and Joy Division has announced the debut release from his new project Bad Lieutenant. Sumner grabbed Phil Cunningham and Stephen Morris (also of New Order) as well as Alex James of Blur to contribute to Never Cry Another Tear, which is out on November 10th (and in a limited digital format on October 6). In addition, two tracks, "Sink or Swim," and "Dynamo," will be released as a digital single on September 28.
