The Jaguar Club | Pianos | July 15, 2009
The Jaguar Club recently completed an album and readied a release with a big party on August 29 at Union Hall, but the New York band had a few other shows to get out of the way first. One of those shows was last night at Pianos, where they played as part of The Grates residency. They actually went on AFTER The Grates (certainly a tough act to follow), but held their own on stage with an impressive amount of energy right out of the gate. Sound problems plagued the band throughout the night (it sounded like a loose wire), but the set was otherwise great. Check out photos from the show below.
