Backstreet Boys are back, alright!

Hey, can someone check the calendar for me? Is it April Fool's Day, or am I about to legitimately be excited for the new release of a guilty pleasure?

The Backstreet Boy are indeed back with a new album, This Is Us, which will be released by Jive Records on October 6. The four boys (Kevin Richardson left the group in 2006) will be collaborating with the likes of T-Pain, Max Martin, RedOne, Soulshock and Karlin, Jim Jonsin and Claude Kelly.

The boys have yet to announce US tour dates in support of the release, but expect them to come soon. European dates are after the jump.
