Saying a band is playing at Terminal 5 is about to become a whole lot more confusing...

When Bowery Presents opened Terminal 5, the name was almost a joke. JFK's Terminal 5 had been closed for many years, "under renovation," and it seemed like it would never reopen for airline travel. Well, JetBlue got the airline terminal back up and running, and now it might just give the venue a run for it's money. Yep, JetBlue is going to host performances in Terminal 5, and actually kicked off with a soft start on May 22 with Dan Dyer. They're puling out some bigger guns this Friday, June 26, with Nicole Atkins.

Not all performers are announced yet, but we got the ones that we know so far listed after the jump. A few of the dates are secured for "contest winners," so if you are interested, head on over to OurStage to see how to enter. And if you thought that JetBlue was truly at odds with Bowery Presents, the two have actually paired together to offer one of those winners an opening slot at a Bowery Presents music venue.
