Kid Cudi played South Street Seaport yesterday, releasing debut in August, preps for a tour

When Kid Cudi's debut album drops on August 25, it'll probably propel him to stardom. The record has several tracks produced by Kanye West, he's hitting the road with Asher Lack, and he already has a song played on Hot97. The rapper took to the stage at the South Street Seaport yesterday, and (despite the fact that it was free) it might just be the smallest gig he'll be playing for a while.
